Returns

In no case Japan Baiku S.L.U. will accept returns of material without prior authorization. The return authorization (RMA) can be requested online from your account> order history> see> return. If you have purchased on the website of Japan Baiku S.L.U., as a guest, you can request the return by email to [email protected]. A period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product is established for you to notify Japan Baiku S.L.U. the intention to make a return or withdrawal of the contract.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or transport adhesive tapes. All shipping must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice. Merchandise must be returned to Japan Baiku S.L.U. before 14 calendar days from the day following when you communicate to Japan Baiku S.L.U. your decision of return or withdrawal. In no case will the return of electric o electronic parts be accepted.

All returns or shipments of material to the facilities of Japan Baiku S.L.U., either for payment, substitution, revision or repair must always be done postage paid except error by Japan Baiku in the realization or shipment of the order. The shipping and insurance of the product will be the responsibility of the customer and will be at your charge until it is made available in the warehouse of Japan Baiku S.L.U. In case of loss or deterioration in transportation from the customer's home to our warehouses, this will be borne by the customer.

Japan Baiku S.L.U. will not accept returns of materials that have suffered any alteration of its original packaging or whose packaging is not suitable for subsequent sale. Exceptionally, in the event that Japan Baiku S.L.U. admit the return of said material and in the case of goods that, due to a necessary repair or cleaning, can not be resold as new, but as second-hand, it reserves the right to charge 30% of the net value of the material in concept of revision and re-conditioning.

Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay you the net amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days in the same medium that the payment was made. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
